We are currently experiencing issues with the MyNOVA Email MFA system. Many users are not receiving the MFA authentication code sent to their email.
If you have setup an alternate MFA method, please click on the “Try Another Method” link at the bottom of the password/authentication page and try your password again.
To setup an alternate MFA method, you will need to call the IT Help Desk. Please be patient as our call volume is extremely high due to the outage.
The VCCS has been notified but did not provide an ETA on a resolution. Updates will be provided once we receive more information.
