Some users are experiencing issues logging into MyNOVA. This may result in an authentication error message or being forced to use a one-time password through the RapidIdentity app.
Engineers at the VCCS are looking into the issue but did not provide an ETA on a resolution. Updates will be provided once we receive more information.
