RESOLVED: Services Impacted Due to AWS Outage

Amazon Web Services (AWS) restored their systems early this morning. All MyNOVA/VCCS systems affected by the outage (RapidIdentity, Canvas, EAB Navigate, Respondus Lockdown Browser) are back to normal operations.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing an outage that is affecting several systems including Rapid Identity, Canvas, EAB Navigate, and the Respondus Lockdown Browser.
Amazon is investigating the issue but has not posted an ETA on a resolution at this time.
