Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the IT Help Desks' access to user records and the ability to reset account passwords are limited. This also includes the user's access to the "Advanced Password Reset Tool" and the "Forgot Username" option for MyNOVA. Access to these services will not be available until further notice.
VCCS engineers are working on the issue but did not provide a time frame for a resolution.
The "Forgot Password" option is not affected. Users can reset their MyNOVA password using this tool by answering their security questions.
