VCCS Outage: VCCS Admin Portal - Thursday, 2/25

We are experiencing a service interruption with the VCCS Admin portal. As a result, the IT Help Desk is unable to reset MyNOVA account password.
 
VCCS engineers are working to resolve those issues and expect the system to be ready by tomorrow morning.
 
We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
