VCCS Service Interruption: VCCS Admin Portal - Thursday, 11/12

We are experiencing a service interruption with the VCCS Admin portal. As a result, the IT Help Desk is unable to send passwords via text or email for MyNOVA accounts. Self-service password reset options may be affected as well.
VCCS has been notified. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
