RESOLVED: VCCS Service Interruption: TeamDynamix Emails - Mon, 12/2, 9:46 AM

The VCCS believe they have resolved the issue affecting the TeamDynamix emails but will continue to monitor the situation.
TeamDynamix email monitors are currently inactive. Emails to buzzhelp, dms, oncall, and uhelp are not creating tickets. Tickets that are replied to are not being updated.
VCCS is working with TeamDynamix to resolve the issue. No ETA was given. Updates will be provided once we receive more information.
