Some users are experiencing issues with the Adobe software, specifically that the license has expired. ITSS is deploying a patch tonight, Thursday, Dec. 6th, at 10 PM and Friday, Dec. 7th, at 10 PM, to resolve the issue.
In order to receive the updated license, your computer must be powered on overnight for the next two days. It is designed to apply the update to any computers that may go into sleep or hibernation mode.
On Monday, Dec. 10th, if you are still experiencing issues with the Adobe license, please send an email to ITHelpdesk@nvcc.edu
with the subject “Adobe License”. Please include the building and room number where the computer is located as well as your department and contact information.
