RESOLVED: VCCS Service Notice: SIS Batch Application Engine Processes - Production

Over the weekend, a temporary database level change was made to facilitate a periodic and routine weekend maintenance process.  While this change allowed the maintenance process to run more efficiently, it inadvertently created an intermittent slowdown for other regular processes when the number of concurrent jobs reached a certain threshold.  The database change was reverted mid-day on Wednesday.  The backlog has resolved and the system is now processing batch jobs as expected.

There is currently a delay in batch processing of app engines in SIS Production.  VCCS is working on this issue.
