RESOLVED: Outage: ImageNow Service Interruption - Fri, 8/24, 11:30 am

VCCS has resolved the issue. Users can now log into ImageNow INPROD. Batch jobs are going into workflow now but it may take a little while for all of them to cycle through since there were so many waiting to be processed by the batch agent. Thank you so very much for your patience.

Several colleges have reported issues with the batch jobs again.  VCCS is currently working to resolve this issue and will need users to log out of ImageNow INPROD by 11:30AM so we can restart the agent services.  Please know that VCCS is researching and analyzing this issue with the vendor for a permanent solution to eliminate these short interruptions in your batch jobs processing.
