RESOLVED: MyNOVA Portal Currently Unavailable - Wed, 7/18, 10a

Access to the MyNOVA portal via the ‘myNOVA’ icon on the college website has been restored.
 
If you experience continued difficulty when trying to access MyNOVA, please try the following:
 
  • Do not try to access from a previously  ‘bookmarked’ MyNOVA link
  • Clear Cache and Cookies.  Close and relaunch browser
  • Try using another browser.  Anecdotal accounts indicate that Chrome and Firefox seem to work 'best'
  • Run the browser you choose in ‘Private’ (Firefox) or,  ‘Incognito’ (Chrome) mode.

MyNOVA Portal Currently Unavailable - Wed, 7/18, 8a
 
As a result of an upgrade to MyVCCS, the college’s MyNOVA portal is currently not available.
 
Web Services \ Digital Media (WSDM) has been notified and is working to resolve the issue.
 
In the interim, please use the following URLs to access all VCCS applications, including Blackboard, HRMS and Student Email:  nvcc.my.vccs.edu; OR, my.vccs.edu
