Collegewide Network Performance Issues: Email and Internet Services Affected - RESOLVED, Mon, 2/28, 3:12p

Internet and email services are currently available.
 
Late Monday afternoon VCCS’ service provider resolved the internet issues that affected all 23 VCCS colleges for nearly 5 hours. 
 
VCCS engineers will continue to monitor these services for the next 24 hours.

College-wide network performance issues continue with email and internet available sporadically. 
 
ITSS Engineers continue working closely with VCCS and COX to restore these services. 
 
There is currently no estimation to resolution.

Faculty, staff and students are currently experiencing network performance issues that are affecting email and internet services.   
 
The issues are sporadic and intermittent so all Users may not be experiencing issues at the same time.
 
ITSS Engineers are working with Cox and VCCS to resolve the problem as it is affecting Users system wide.
