On Friday, February 24, 2017 between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM, Enterprise Application Services will be performing a routine maintenance patch /update on the NetSupport DNA servers.
There is no expected outage for users related to this update.
Once the updates are complete on the server, Users may (or may not) see a pop-up window when first signing in to their workstations over the weekend or early next week.
Please note that not all users will experience the pop-ups.
The pop-ups should only last a few seconds and will resolve on their own. No user intervention is required. They are simply an indication that the client is being updated with the latest software patches.
