COX has resolved the network connectivity issues that began affecting Users’ access yesterday morning.
 
ITSS engineers are working closely with COX to monitor the network for continued stability.

NVCC Network Performance Issues:   Intermittent Network Connectivity Issues - Wed, 2/15, 9a
 
Users are currently experiencing network connectivity issues which may result in their inability to access network resources such as printers and applications.  Some Users have also reported dropped telephone calls. 
 
Cox Communications is actively working with ITSS to identify and resolve the network performance issues.
