VCCS Service Notice: MyNOVA Portal Security Questions - RESOLVED

VCCS reports that the issue with ‘blank’ security questions has been resolved. 
 
During the security question issue, another problem which impacted the successful completion of some MyNOVA password resets arose. 
 
VCCS reports that this additional problem has also been resolved.

After logging into MyNOVA (MyVCCS) Users are being prompted to set up their five security questions and answers even if they have previously done so. 
 
VCCS is aware and is working with the vendor to resolve this problem.
