MyNOVA Portal Unresponsive

Users have reported performance problems when attempting to log into MyNOVA (MyVCCS). 
 
Issues include receiving a plain white page and slow loading ‘clocking’ during the login process.
 
We have logged a ticket with VCCS and will send an update when we have more information.
