Account Locked Messages

NVCC Account: The account is locked after three unsuccessful attempts to login. In order to unlock your account, you can go to the Self Service Password Management page and select "Unlock My Account" or call the IT Helpdesk.
 
MyNOVA/VCCS: The account is locked after several unsuccessful attempts to login. You will need to wait at least 15 minutes for the account to unlock itself. You will need to call the IT Help Desk if you continue to experience issues with your credentials.
