How to Back up CC files on Windows
All Cloud content will be synced to your "Creative Cloud files" folder, which can be found in this location on your local computer C:\Users\<user name>\
If your are unable to locate the "Creative Cloud files" folder on your local computer, you can download your content online
Creative Cloud Assets.
Create a new folder on your desktop or desired location on your local computer.
Name your folder “Adobe CC Backup” or other desired name.
Open the backup folder you just created (the folder will be empty).
Right click on Creative Cloud Files and select Open in new window.
A window with the Creative Cloud files opens. Highlight the files, right click and select Copy to copy the files to the empty backup folder you just created.
Go back to the backup folder you created. Right click inside the folder and paste the files here (this could take a few minutes, depending on how many files you are putting into this folder).
Your Creative Cloud files are now inside your local backup folder.
How to Back up CC files on Mac

Creative Cloud Assets.
Create a new folder on your desktop or desired location on your local computer.
Name your folder “Adobe CC Backup” or other desired name.
Open the folder you just created (the folder will be empty).
In the lower left corner of your desktop screen, right click on the Finder and select New Finder Window.
Inside the window that opens on your desktop, click on the Creative Cloud Files folder.
Highlight the files inside the folder, and select
Copy ‘x’ Items.
Go back to the backup folder you created. Right click inside the folder and paste the files here (this could take a few minutes, depending on how many files you are putting into this folder).
Your Creative Cloud files are now inside your backup folder.
