Checking the Status of an Existing Ticket

You can lookup the status of an existing ticket or inquiry through the NOVA Support Portal.  You can also receive a list of your existing open and closed tickets directly in your email inbox so that you can always have the most up-to-date status of your requests.

You do not have to signed in to the system.  All you need to know is your email address and (optionally) the ticket number.
