If a user is accessing the college email system via webmail any email archives or email .pst files that were created to store older emails on the network will not be available.
Webmail is intended as a quick access point for the college email system. If the user requires access to email archives or other .pst files, the user must use a more robust email client like Microsoft Outlook.
In the event a user has a new computer, the computer may require any email archives or email .pst files to be mapped on the new computer.
