Support of Various Personal Hardware Devices and Ereaders

As technology continues to evolve, NOVA is committed to supporting the best technologies for an enducational environment.  Currently, the college has provided information that will allow users to connect smartphones and other devices like iPads to the college mail system as well as the wireless networks.  The instructions for this are published here.  While your specifc device may not be listed, the information provided should be suffcient to allow your device to be connected to the wireless network.

At the same time, the college is not able to provide support for every technology available on the market.  The IT Helpdesk will give best effort attempts to support additional technology issues.  If you need assistance with a specific device, you may also try a campus open computer lab, because in-person assistance is available in the labs.  Again, the support form open computer labs will be provided on a best effort basis, without a guarantee of results.
