New Phone Requests

Phone requests for new employee require the submission of form 105-45.  The process is described here.  It is also notworthy, the paper 105-45 request is no longer accepted.  The paper form has been replaced by an on-line form located here.

Since the implementation of the panic dialer feature for the phone system, phone handsets should not be relocated.  the reason for this, is that each phone handset is linked to a specific geographic location database that includes user's name, campus, building location and office number. 

In the event a staff member relocates at the college, the phone handset remains in the physical location, and the user's data will be changed in the data base system.  In order to complete this change, a ticket should be opened with the It Helpdesk by sending an email to or by calling 703-426-4141.
