Voice Mail Password Reset

In the event a user requires a voice mail password reset, or voice mail password change, and they do not know the current password on a phone extension the user should contact the IT Helpdesk at 703-426-4141.  The IT Helpdesk will create a password reset request with the Telecom team.  The user will be able to track the status of the password reset request via the ticket status accessable through the support portal here.
