Access to NOVA systems

During periods of high volume activity especially during registration periods college computers may run slow when accessing college systems. 

Sometimes this issue can be resolved by clearing data like cookes and cache stored within a browsers temporary internet files.

This can be done in Internet Explorer by opening a browser window, selecting tools, then select delete browsing history, next select delete all.

Close the browser window and then re-open it and test operability.
