In order to have your SIS password reset, a user must call the IT Helpdesk for identity validation. The IT Helpdesk is not able to process a password reset request via email or chat. The IT Helpdesk can be reached at 703-426-4141.
Personal information should not be sent via email or chat while requesting a password reset.
