Payment Information and SIS

The IT Helpdesk is able to assist users with gaining access to Student Information Systems (SIS).

The IT Helpdesk does not have the ability to assist with some of the subject matters managed within SIS.

For example, the IT Helpdesk does not have the ability to register students for classes, nor does the IT Helpdesk have the ability to answer payment information.

The business office or student services at your campus are good resources for your subject matter questions.
