Account Locked message


The message stating your account is locked requires your account to be unlocked.  Typically, an account is locked because there have been three attempts to long on to the account with incorrect user id, incorrect password, or an incorrect combination of user id and password. 

In order to unlock your account, you can use the myPassword utility available at the network log on screen and select the unlock account option

OR you can call the IT Helpdesk at 703-426-4141 and Helpdesk staff will assist you.  You should have your EMPL ID available when you call, in order to validate your identity.
