Account Locked message

The message stating your NVCC account (not your myNOVA account) is locked requires your account to be unlocked.  Typically, an account is locked because there have been three attempts to long on to the account with incorrect user id, incorrect password, or an incorrect combination of user id and password. 

In order to unlock your account, you can go to the Self Service Password Management page select the Unlock my Account option

OR you can call the IT Helpdesk at 703-426-4141 and Helpdesk staff will assist you.  You should have your EMPLID available when you call, in order to validate your identity.
