Password Reset and Transcript Request


Users seeking an official transcript may call the IT Helpdesk in the event they require a password reset for NOVAConnect.  Once the password reset is complete, the user must finish the transcript request via NOVAConnect self service.  The IT Helpdesk in unable to process transcript requests.

In the event a user requires additional support for a student transcript request, Student Services from your primary campus is able to assist with this request.  Student Services contact information is located here.
