The IT Helpdesk is able to provide verbal support in Spanish and English.
At the same time, the Smartertrak Ticketing system allows for multi-lingual chat support.
The Smartertrak Portal
allows users to open a chat session with IT Helpdesk staff, and use Google Translate to act as translator for interactions with the IT Helpdesk staff.
English, German, and Spanish are enabled as language choices.
