Resetting Your Password Management Profile

If you have already had your NVCC LAN password reset by the IT Helpdesk, but you can't remember the answers to your secret questions, you can very easily reset or modify your Password Reset Profile by following these simple steps:

1) Browse to
2) Click on "Edit My Profile"
3) Sign in with your LAN username and password
4) Create your new secret questions and answers

Please be sure to choose questions and answers that only you will know and that you will not easily forget.
