Incorrect Number of Credits Calcing for a Class

Sometimes this error indicates that the class has been set up with the wrong number of credits. Other times it means that tuition successfully calculated multiple tuition and fees during a period when we experienced a problem with system performance. 

Try recalculating tuition to make sure the student wasn’t charged multiple times during a system performance problem. 

 

If a tuition recalc does not correct the problem, check the number of credits assigned to the class.  If the number of credits is incorrect, submit a ticket to srhelp@nvcc.edu.

 

If the recalculation does not resolve the problem, and the number of credits on the class is correct, submit a ticket to sfhelp@nvcc.edu.
