Charges not Removed when Student is Dropped from Class

For CE/Noncredit classes ask WDCE to check the class fee setup to make sure there is no minimum, maximum or unit fee. 

 

If this resolution does not correct the error, or if the error is occurring on credit classes, submit a ticket to sfhelp@nvcc.edu.
